Sales Terms and Conditions

1.) Items may be returned within 14 days in the same condition as shipped for a ‘no questions asked’ full refund. We will allow reasonable extensions for independent authentication. After 30 days there will be NO returns or adjustments of any kind and ALL SALES are considered final.
2.) Personal Check / Money Order / American Express / Discover / VISA / MasterCard accepted.
3.) Kentucky residents will be charged 6% state sales tax.
4.) Shipping is $10.00 with each order for Domestic Priority U.S. Mail. Other shipping services are available at additional cost.
5.) A full set of our policies is visible here on our website by clicking the 'Policies' button in the left hand menu bar.
6.) Items listed with certificates automatically come with that COA.
7.) Items bought at listed price will automatically receive a Jackson Galleries COA
8.) A Buyer of an  item purchased at negotiated prices below list price may elect to add a Jackson COA for $20.00 per item.
